Dine Out Boston, also called Restaurant Week Boston, is the city's official restaurant week, run twice a year by Meet Boston, the city's convention and visitors bureau. The winter 2027 edition runs for two weeks, from Saturday, February 20 to Sunday, March 7, 2027.

During those two weeks, participating restaurants serve prix fixe lunch and/or dinner menus at a small set of price points, before tax and gratuity. The 2027 prices had not been published when we checked; in 2026 lunch was $27, $32 or $36 and dinner $38, $46 or $55.

How it works

There is no pass, ticket or coupon. You go to a participating restaurant and ask for the Dine Out Boston menu. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made through the Dine Out Boston site or directly with each restaurant. Some restaurants also offer the menu as takeout.

The list of participating restaurants, searchable by cuisine and price point, goes up on Meet Boston's Dine Out Boston page ahead of each edition. Book early for weekends and for the best-known names, which fill first.

Good to know

Each edition runs a charity auction of $100 restaurant certificates donated by participating restaurants, and a Rewards Pass that earns points toward prizes when you dine at participating restaurants. Late February is also the tail end of the Boston Wine & Food Festival at the Boston Harbor Hotel.
