What the Website is
BostonVacay.com is an independent travel guide and business directory for Boston, Massachusetts. We publish articles, business listings, event information and trip-planning content. We are not affiliated with the City of Boston, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the businesses we list unless we say so.

Business listings and claims
Many listings are created by us from public information. A business owner or authorized representative may claim a listing to manage it. If you claim or manage a listing, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business and that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format and promote that content on the Website and in our marketing. Paid plans
Paid listing plans are billed as described at checkout. Plan features, pricing and renewal terms shown at the time of purchase apply. Sponsored placements are labeled as sponsored.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by posting false or misleading information, impersonating others, submitting spam, scraping or copying content in bulk, interfering with the Website's security or operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Reviews and user content
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be paid for, fake, defamatory or abusive. We may moderate or remove reviews and other user content.
