Rooms and the Club Level

Rooms and suites face either the city or Boston Common, so the Common view is worth requesting when you book. Club Level guests get lounge access with complimentary food presented five times a day, extra in-room amenities and a dedicated concierge team for dinner reservations and outings.

Mobility-accessible rooms have roll-in showers, grab rails and accessible vanities, and service animals stay without a fee.

Events and weekends

The second floor holds the hotel's event spaces, including a ballroom that overlooks Boston Common, and the hotel hosts weddings as well as meetings there. Room service is available throughout the hotel for guests who would rather eat in after a show, and Club guests can ask their concierge team to line up pre-theater dinner reservations.

Getting in and around

The hotel offers both valet and self-parking, which is not a given downtown. The hotel concierge can also book a sedan to the airport. Guests must be 21 to check in, and up to two pets are accepted.

Restaurants and bars

Artisan Bistro is the hotel's all-day restaurant, serving American bistro dishes from breakfast through dinner every day. The dress code is casual, and tables can be booked through OpenTable or by phone. A semi-private area handles small private dinners with set menus and wine pairings.

Avery Bar is the lobby lounge, with craft cocktails and shareable plates in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday and a smart-casual dress code. In autumn it also serves a weekend afternoon tea with sweets, savory bites and cocktails.
