What is on the shelves

The store carries men’s and women’s in-season footwear, apparel and accessories, plus kids’ footwear. The core of the range is Converse’s own icons, the Chuck Taylor All Star, the Chuck 70 and the One Star, and the store is where the brand’s limited-edition collaborations land alongside them.

Designing your own pair

Converse By You is the brand’s customization program, which also runs on its website. At Lovejoy Wharf you get the hands-on version: Converse describes its in-store customization studio as live help designing your shoes, and says that studio is available at the Lovejoy flagship. That makes this store the one to visit if you want to work on a pair with staff rather than on a screen.

Finding the store

The address is 1 Lovejoy Wharf, on the river side of the North Station and TD Garden blocks, so it fits easily around a game or concert at the Garden. Converse’s other stores near Boston are outlets: the nearest, at Assembly Row, is in Somerville rather than Boston.
