The Boston Wine & Food Festival is a winter season of winemaker dinners, tastings and galas at the Boston Harbor Hotel on Rowes Wharf. The 2027 festival runs from January 22 to March 6, 2027. It is not a single-day tasting: it is a calendar of separate ticketed events spread over about six weeks.

The hotel had published the dates but not the program when we checked, and says it will announce the 2027 lineup of winemakers, chefs, dinners and tastings. Recent festivals have been built around themed wine dinners, grand tastings and master classes led by the hotel's kitchen and visiting winemakers.

Tickets

Each dinner or tasting is booked on its own through the festival site, and prices vary widely by event. The 2027 events and prices were not on sale when we checked; joining the festival mailing list is the way to hear first, as popular dinners have limited seats.

Where it is

The Boston Harbor Hotel sits at 70 Rowes Wharf on the downtown waterfront, behind the large arch facing the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The festival also sells overnight packages at the hotel, which makes sense for a late dinner.

Good to know

Many events are seated dinners with fixed start times. For a lower-priced way to eat out that season, Dine Out Boston overlaps with the end of the festival, from February 20 to March 7, 2027.
